SALE! SALE! SALE!

Victoria's Secret always has a sale. Semi, Semi-annual, Annual. There is always something in store for savings! I love it! Even when there isn't one of these sales, there are still really good deals and promotions.

Especially on their website. I just checked the site today and they just got over 125 new swimsuits in and they are priced from $15 and up. I also love when they give free items away with a purchase.

Right now they are offering a free tote with a $50 swim purchase. That is perfect for a day at the beach. I'm going to Miami this summer and bringing my new Victoria's secret tote. =}

Pretty in PINK

What I really love about Victoria's Secret is that I can go there with my 14 year old sister and not feel uncomfortable. I (a 22 year old) can go look at the lace and frills while she can go in their PINK section. I don't have to worry about her finding anything that I would want. I definitely do not want my little sister wearing lingerie yet. The PINK department of Victoria's Secret is age appropriate. She can find anything from sweat pants to summer dresses.

PINK offers all the same things, such as bras, panties, swimsuits, and sleepwear. The only difference is that they cater to the younger crowd. I remember when I was her age and I wanted to be like the older girls that I saw shopping at Victoria's Secret. However, when you're that age it's daddy's money and daddy gets to determine where the money is spent. Of course he's not going to want his 14 year old daughters buying lingerie.

So in about five years she can look over in my section. HaHa.

I tend to go in the PINK section at times as well. I love the flip flops they carry. I also purchase my yoga pants from there. There are still really good sales in the PINK section. Especially around the summer when the summer dresses are most popular.

So my question is..... Should I be the "cool" sister and let my 14 year old sister shop for lace and frills as well? Or should I continue to try to keep her as innocent as possible?

Customer Service is a must

So I went in to Victoria's secret today. I was there looking for a new bra in a different color than the usual black, white, and nude. One that wasn't too plain but I also didn't want anything see thru or lingerie type. I found this pretty teal colored push up bra with a nice elegant floral design on the sides. Perfect! This bra actually matches a lot of my tops. I grabbed one in my size and headed to the back to try it on. The woman in the back was very prompt to ask if I needed a fitting room.

Ok.....so I'm in there and I'm trying it on. And wouldn't you know that it doesn't fit right. So disappointed I come out to hang it on the "didn't fit" rack outside of the fitting room. Then the dressing room attendant asked if I would like for her to get me a different size. Wow. Really? I didn't know that they would do that. I told her that I thought I had the right size and that it didn't fit. Then she offered to measure me to make sure I was grabbing the right size.

Victoria's Secret takes the extra steps in assuring that their customers are happy. I don't think people realize how important customer service really is. Customer service like this will definitely have me returning to shop at Victoria's Secret. So not only did this woman tell me what my correct measurements are but she also went and found me that size in the pretty teal bra. I left there a happy customer. =}
